MLS Season Attendance Continues Increase Through Week 28, Up 0.21%

MLS week 28 average attendance is 19,177. The regular season average has increased 0.21% to 18,319 from 18,281 last week. Stadiums were 79.9% filled throughout the week, increasing to 84.2% of capacity for the season. Three matches were sold out this week – Sporting Kansas City versus Columbus Crew at Sporting Park, Seattle Sounders versus Chicago Fire at CenturyLink Field, and Portland Timbers versus Toronto FC at JELD-WEN Field.
