MLS Season Average Attendance Climbs to 21,544 at Midway Point

MLS week 17 average attendance is 22,910. The regular season average has increased 0.41% to 21,544 from 21,456 last week. Stadiums were 97.45% filled throughout the week, remaining at 93.84% of capacity for the season.

Five matches were sold out this week— Orlando City SC versus Houston Dynamo at Camping World Stadium, San Jose Earthquakes versus FC Dallas at Avaya Stadium, Seattle Sounders FC versus LA Galaxy at CenturyLink Field, Vancouver Whitecaps FC versus Colorado Rapids at BC Place, and Sporting Kansas City versus New York City FC at Children’s Mercy Park.
