2017 MLS Attendance Continues to Climb with 22,351 Average Attendance in Week 24

MLS week 24 average attendance is 22,351 compared to 22,179 last week. The regular season average has increased 0.15% to 21,572 from 21,512 last week. Stadiums were 98.66% filled throughout the week, remaining at 88.37% of capacity for the season.

Seven matches were sold out this week—Portland Timbers FC versus New York Red Bulls at Providence Park, Orland City SC versus Columbus Crew SC at Orlando City Stadium, Chicago Fire versus Toronto FC at Toyota Park, Sporting Kansas City versus FC Dallas at Children’s Mercy Park, Vancouver Whitecaps FC versus Houston Dynamo at BC Place, San Jose Earthquakes versus Philadelphia Union at Avaya Stadium, and Seattle Sounders FC versus Minnesota United at CenturyLink Field.
