MLS Average Attendance Continues to Climb with 7 Sell-outs in Week 29

MLS week 29 average attendance is 24,045 compared to 24,135 last week. The regular season average has increased 0.43% to 21,801 from 21,604 last week. Stadiums were 93.02% filled throughout the week, remaining at 88.66% of capacity for the season.

Seven matches were sold out this week— Atlanta United FC versus LA Galaxy at Mercedes Benz Stadium, D.C. United versus San Jose Earthquakes at RFK Stadium, Philadelphia Union versus Chicago Fire at Talen Energy Stadium, Vancouver Whitecaps versus Colorado Rapids at BC Place, Sporting Kansas City versus LA Galaxy at Children’s Mercy Park, Atlanta United FC versus Montreal Impact at Mercedes Benz Stadium, and Portland Timbers versus Orlando City SC at Providence Park.
