MLS week 18 average attendance is 29,940 compared to 24,235 last week. The 29,940 week average is the highest average attendance recorded since Business of Soccer began recording attendance in 2014.  The regular season average has increased 2.58% to 21,238 from 20,703 last week. Stadiums were 100.75% filled throughout the week, staying at 87.06% of capacity for the season.

Six matches were sold out this week— Minnesota United FC versus FC Dallas at TCF Bank Stadium, Seattle Sounders FC versus Portland Timbers FC at CenturyLink Field, Atlanta United versus Orlando City SC at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Los Angeles FC versus Philadelphia Union at Banc of California Stadium, San Jose Earthquakes versus LA Galaxy at Stanford Stadium, and Vancouver Whitecaps FC versus Colorado Rapids at BC Place.
